Terms of Service
The short version. SORMALITICS produces financial and legal documents from information you give it. You own what you create. We do not check your figures or file anything on your behalf, so please review what it produces. You can export your data or delete your account at any time, and cancel whenever you like. The parts most worth reading are 5.4 (how Practitioner billing works), 7 (what we do and do not guarantee) and 9 (liability). This summary is not part of the agreement.

Welcome to SORMALITICS
SORMALITICS is a business finance platform for invoicing, payroll, accounting, agreements and e-signature — built for freelancers, small businesses and the accountants and bookkeepers who serve them.
1.1 About SORMALITICS: SORMALITICS is a product of AlloBTeQ. It is a standalone service — you do not need any other product to use it, and using it does not enrol you in anything else.
1.2 Who you are contracting with: Which company provides the Services to you, and which law governs that contract, depends on where you are:

In these Terms, "AlloBTeQ", "we", "us" and "our" mean whichever of those two companies provides the Services to you. Both are part of the same group.
1.3 Acceptance: You accept these Terms by ticking the acceptance box when you create an account. We record which version you accepted and when. If you do not accept them, you cannot create an account.
1.4 Capacity: You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are using the Services for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
1.5 Other documents that form part of this agreement:
- Privacy Policy — how we handle personal information
- Cookie Policy — what we set and what needs your consent
- Refund Policy — when money comes back
